How to track and trace your order
At Lyve, we do our very best to keep our customers in the loop which is why we have made it easier for you to track and track where your order is using our shipping and handling providers.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with your parcel tracking number which will update and inform you when and where your order is in-real time.
Provided that you have your tracking number, you can use the following areas to track your order's whereabouts.
Australia-bound orders
Domestic Shipping & Handling
If you reside in Australia and made an order using either “standard or express shipping” then your order was fulfilled with Aus Post. (If not, see next section - DHL)
